POWER HOUR
A Strength and conditioning based Class with a loose undulating periodized programing. Pulling from different modalities of training with benchmark periods every 8-12 weeks Our focus is to build lasting functional strength, muscle, and endurance to help us in all of our LIves and COlorado ACtivities.
META CIRCUIT
This class is designed to push your cardio vascular health and metabolic conditioning. WIth dynamic body weight movements, plyometrics, and CALISTHENICS we challenge and train one’s agility, change of direction, power output.
WEIGHTLIFTING
This is a Traditional Weightlifting class designed to educate and practice form, technique, and learning Programing all while building strength and Community. This class also provides an Introductory Level Coaching to olympic lifting.
this hour and half class Also allows you time to get to kNow the people working out next to you. Lifting in groups is encourageD, as is learning from each other with a little friendly competitive motivation.
